Stimulate ING digital customers with an Android phone who do not yet have mobile banking and customers who use ING Mobile Payments to use Google Pay. With a focus on 35-50 years old, affinity with mobile payments and no resistance to mobile payments.

By targeting clients with no resistance to mobile payments we could avoid the pitfall of becoming too defensive on data security or privacy. Instead underpinning the benefits why and how you should use it instead of plastic contactless or ING mobile Payment. For amounts under 50 euro you can pay without unlocking. Hence the proposition: with Google Pay you can pay smoothly without your wallets.
