How can you let rheumatism sufferers who fight the disease every day know that they are not alone?

As part of World Arthritis Day, we asked singer and rheumatism patient Jared Grant to re-release the Ramses Shaffy classic ‘Zing, vecht, huil, bid, lach, werk en bewonder’ (Sing, fight, cry, pray, laugh, work and admire) on behalf of Reuma Nederland because the lyrics of the chorus perfectly capture the extremes that rheumatism sufferers endure every day. One minute you can take on the whole world and a minute later you can barely get downstairs. Our aim was to use this song as a means of getting people to talk about their disease, because doing so often proves to be one of the biggest problems.
