
Project Manager/Producer Amsterdam
We are looking for a substantive strong project manager/producer.
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in customer contact and who knows how o clarify questions and projects together with customers and who knows how to deploy them internally to internal teams, freelancers or perhaps a partner in another sub-field.
You determine what is needed for a production and you keep an overview of the entire project. You maintain daily contact with your internal team, clients and external partners. We no longer believe in an account-driven organization, but think that customers prefer to sit down with the specialist or the person who will arrange it. So with you.

- Collect briefings, manage budgets and monitor deadlines.
- You independently set up production plans, budgets and monitor deadlines and quality.
- In collaboration with the customer, creation and your colleagues, you inspire the customer to make the unthinkable possible and to exceed his/her goals where possible.
- We are a flat agency so you work directly with the partners, creative directors and strategist.
In short, you are a strong project manager, you know how to express yourself well in English and Dutch (both written and oral) and you like to work in a team.
- You are not easily satisfied and you know how to get the most out of a project in a fun way without losing sight of the initial objectives.
- You can effortlessly jump from a sustainable ecological campaign to a felt-tip pen or green energy launch. You can manage social projects, but you also don’t turn your hand around for a video production or a web/app development.
- You have substantive knowledge and experience with, for example, AV productions, animations, campaign websites, assets, digital design.
- We excel in diversity so do not expect uniformity and boredom.
- You excel at the intersection of customer, project management, strategy and creation.
- You have 5 years of experience as a producer and/or project manager at an agency where you also managed external partners.
- You are also used to working with specifications of different media types and you know how to organize the delivery of campaign assets.
