Account Manager

Our work therefore ranges from strategy, concept development to performance marketing and video productions. We do this with our team in the Netherlands, working closely with our 150 colleagues from the UK.The charm of a small company on the canal combined with the clout of a larger company!

In order to continue to serve our growing number of customers well and to translate projects effectively and efficiently to the internal organisation, we are immediately looking for an experienced 'Account manager who understands, deepens, broadens and ultimately clearly translates customer needs to our internal organisation'. Experience at a marketing agency is a requirement as well as experience in receiving briefings and translating them clearly to the internal organisation. Knowledge, experience or a very strong passion for consumer electronics gives you a step ahead of the rest.

Our customers range from SMEs to leading Dutch and international brands. Some customers help you broadly with their business objectives and from other customers we receive very focused briefings. Acquisition and expansion of existing customers is a major part of the role in combination with managing existing customers. You will work closely with the company's partners for strategic customers and will enthusiastically further market the entire big group proposition at senior level.

In this fun role you will work closely with the Creative Service Director, take the lead in initiating and realising commercial projects and build on existing customer relationships. You work together with the creative team, the production, the designers and with our colleagues in London and are able to present the end result convincingly to customers independently. You have a broad overview of campaign and account management and managing costs and timelines. You like structure and are naturally purposeful and efficient. You enjoy working with external suppliers and you always know how to go the extra mile and make work fun for everyone. Digital marketing, social media and performance marketing are fields that make your heart beat faster (and not because it stresses you). You make KPIs concrete in advance and are able to manage them towards an end result so that the customer is happy, without losing sight of healthy margins.

If you have at least 2 years of experience as an account manager at a marketing agency.
If you are fluent in Dutch
If your English speaking and writing skills are good.
It goes without saying that you have a work permit for the Netherlands.
